Our Drivers
- All drivers have a Working With Children Check, WWCC.
- We keep National Criminal History Checks and Service NSW Driving Records for all drivers.
- All drivers undertake a training program before they commencing to drive a taxi.
- All drivers must wear the Maitland Taxi Service uniform to drive.
Bookings
- Base Phones are manned 24/7 by local people (mainly ex taxi drivers) who are very familiar with the area.
- We use the SmartMove Taxi Despatch and Fleet Management System.
- Bookings can be made via the SmartHail App, available on the App Store for IPhone/Android.
- We run a 24 hour service and accept pre bookings for weddings, celebrations and occasions.
Payment
- EFTPOS facilities are available in all taxis.
